At L · E · J, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn and unaltered items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the item is returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return slip provided by our portal to ensure faster processing.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the garment, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
